I began my career in the financial services industry working alongside my father, Graham, who founded our family business on three core values: honesty, collaboration, and integrity.
After graduating Magna Cum Laude from Gannon University with a degree in Finance, I went on to earn my Series 7 and Series 66 securities licenses, held through LPL Financial, and Pennsylvania Life, Accident, and Health (L&H) insurance license. I also hold the Chartered Special Needs Consultant® (ChSNC®) designation—something that holds deep personal meaning for me.
My wife Colleen and I are the proud parents of three amazing kids—our daughter Jordy, and our two sons, Mikey and Matty, who are both on the autism spectrum. When they were first diagnosed, I had a million questions about what their financial future might look like. Even as an experienced professional, I was overwhelmed trying to navigate the planning options available. That experience pushed me to pursue the ChSNC® designation—not just to better plan for my own family's future, but to help other families like mine find clarity and confidence.
Outside of the office, I enjoy working out, golfing, traveling, and spending time with my family.

Elise Dickerson brings over two decades of experience in the financial services industry, having started her career in 1999. As our Senior Administrative Assistant, Elise plays a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our office. Her deep industry knowledge, attention to detail, and commitment to client service ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes—so our clients can feel confident and supported every step of the way.
Elise is the friendly voice many clients recognize first, and she's always ready to help with anything from scheduling appointments to handling account service requests with care and efficiency.
Outside the office, Elise enjoys staying active through fitness and spending quality time with her husband, Jody, and their two daughters, Olivia and Bryanna. She especially loves traveling and creating lasting memories with her family.
